i severviced my sled cleaned carbs and power valves rode it and it turn 8200 and doesnt seem to pull like it did granted i was on a road with a little snow and i dont have studs but was wonndering if my power valves are messed up or something

Power valves adjusted correctly? Clutches hot, or slightly warm to touch after your run?
Check plugs, even new plugs can be bad...all it takes is the guy packaging them to drop one on its tip.

clutches dont seem to get hot i did clean them. and ill check the plugs
your only off peak power by 150rpm, 98-99 srx peak at 8350, not 8500rpm.
would just look to make sure the secondary clutch spring setting is correct since you just cleaned and set the power valves.
