The old sx seems to be running pretty good. Pulling 108 on gps, 119 spedo on a half mile run, ice with 1" snow. Motor is turning 8450.

Nice to see some numbers. ;)!

I'm surprised you have riding conditions up there, I could cut my grass if I wanted to over here in New Hampshire...

^^^^^X2 me either. Passed one up before I bought my Viper. Would have bought it, but it was filthy and beat to crap, but boy did that thing have some get up and go. Sounded awesome too!

Thats good. I have been worken on my red head racer to go play next weekend in newport

Was turning 8600 today, will need to change rivot on tip from 3.6 to 4.5. Now sure why it was turning 8450 yesterday and 8600 today? 4.5 on the tip and helix to 70 should do it. Anyone have a 51/43 helix??

Only on the lake! You can ride up around Bosebuck now. Tote roads are good.

You get get a used Yamaha 51/43 helix on this site pretty cheap I'd imagine. It's the stock helix in an RX-1 or Apex, but will shift more life a 48/40 by other's brands standards of degree measurement such as Bender.
