might be just me but it looks fake. No marks on ice from skis and how would you go across that slick stuff pulling a sleigh with no studs?

definitely not fake. it's harlow pond in maine. there are dozens of pics this is just one I pulled. it just got done raining there's a film of water on the ice that's why you cant see any ski marks. as far as pulling the sleigh depends how much weight in it.

Very cool. Reminds me of the golf events that they have the car/truck in the middle of the pond and it apears to be right on top of water.

Fished Clitherall Lake about 30 miles east of Fergus Falls Minnesota from Christmas to New years. No snow on the ice so it looked exactly like your picture. Sort of earie (sp?) walking over 20 ft of water when you could see a 1" diameter rock at the bottom and the fish swimming by through the weed beds. made for some good fishing though when you could see where the fish were schooling.

That's a cool picture!! Some the best fishing is that early ice when you can see straight down in the clear water. I haven't done that for years though...

Cool picture! Looks like a 68 12/3 on the left with the ol' "good for fishin' seat on it and the sapling crusher bumper. Fun sled!

Looks real to me. Shadows of the sleds on the water. And can't see the carbide marks through the water on top of the ice. When water is funneling down your hole like that it sucks cause it creates a whirlpool effect and your minnow swirrels around and around. Been there done that. Usually when theres so much water on the ice and its about to lift you would see that.

That's the kind of ice I need so I can find the fishes!
