Anyone know the dimensions of the flywheel puller for a 04 viper.....just gonna make
one on a lathe?

A friend at work made a few for me.. I don't remember the specs...
Made them out of drill rod...
damper puller work just perfect and the are not so expensive why waste time to make one ???

I was under the impression you could crack the magnets on the flywheel using a Three jaw pulller....

Steering wheel puller works as well...

If link doesnt work google "harmonic balancer puller" I have used them for all sorts of stuff. My buddy bought a pricey one that has inner changeable shaft ends for pressing stuff back on.

yikes thanks guys.....i went back and looked at the post for some reason the first time i read it, i read it on my phone and just saw puller and assumed three jaw..........i got a damper puller....miss read it

BE CAREFUL when you screw the 3 threaded rods or bolts into the flywheel. Put them in only deep enough to cover the thickness of the flywheel plate. If you thread them in TOO deep, you will end up guging or cutting the wires on the stator.
