'00 700 low engagement rpm

I have a '00 Vmax with 8000 miles on it. I get clutch engagement at about 2500rpm, any ideas on what may be worn out that could lead to this? Engine runs great and performance from mid up is good, but with such low engagement rpm it bogs off the line. I have tried new and old belts, same issue, so I am thinking clutch springs?

primary spring could be worn out with the milage on it
