What size carbide

W 144 studs are most guys running 5" of carbide on the skis?

I'd start looking at 8" or probably 10".

I'd probably look for 8s then.

It's going to depend some on your set up and riding style. If you have more weight on your skis you'll probably need less carbide. If you just cruise back country two tracks 6" would probably be fine. It all depends. Just my opinion.
