Does anyone know the bearing size of the four wheels pictured in the above skid?
According to the parts schematics (Port Yamaha) the front wheels have different part #s for both bearing and wheels vs the ones toward the rear. I didnt measure them but they look to be the same size on all four of these.
I believe they are a standard size like 6205 or whatever so I would like to source them at a reasonable cost vs Yamaha $$$.
If memory serves me correctly, Vmax4Rules has the same skid as I do so I hope you are out there.

We don't really need the shielded ones(ZZ), but the price difference is negligible.

Thanks for the info. I have a great source for bearings but just don't know the size...
Just got home from work: 6004 bearing is 20mm ID x 42mm OD x 12mm wide

Get some Yamaha bearing from your local dealer, or at least Parts Unlimited aftermarket bearings..
I'd stay clear of VBX, They're dirt cheap, and for a good reason. I've had my go around with those.. and they didn't go far.
If you're dead set of using their bearings.. pull a shield off and fill it with some grease.. You'll see there isnt much in there to begin with!
I've had good luck with Parts Unlimited bearing, since I don't like to drop big bucks on Yamaha bearings for suspension wheels..
