Is there a collar on the bearing for the set screws like on the old bearing. If there is should be good to go

yes but i'm just wondering about the UB....i can't seem to find out what that means....
I do believe the UB (prefix) is the type of seal they use.

Sometimes the maker of the bearing will add their own letters before the number, do a side by side comparison to check. But if the local nsk dealer gave you the bearing by what you gave them, should be it.
Timkin makes a replacment also. I went to a local bearing supplier with my old one. They gave me basicly the same thing except it has a concentric locking collar, instead of the 2 set screw collar like stock. IMO the concentric locking collar lets you lock down on the shaft much more than just 2 set screws.
