Looking for some info on blocking off power jets

TAKE SMALL POWER JET OUT OF BOWL, THERE WILL BE KNOW DRAW TO IT THAN, BUT YOU MUST INCREASE MAIN JET SIZE ALOT. 3:16 (yammie tony)

HARD TO SUGGEST JETTING WITH OUT ALL INFO THATS DONE TO YOUR MOTOR. I WILL OFFR THIS ADVISE TO YA, DO NOT RUN A POWER JET. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. WHO EVER TOLD YA TO BLOCK IT WAS RIGHT. 3:16 (yammie tony)

Put small ballbearing ball into powerjet tube to block it. Just in case.

42mm? I would think 440 to 500 depends on.. everything.

there are alot of jetting specs out there i have a 78 with ported motor 76 pipes and 40mm carbs durign the summer i run 390's i will have the sled out for testing and let you know what i end up with for mains to give a starting point but i know it will be in the 450 for sure range

Hey guys, I just picked up a 78 SRX and noticed the dial on bottom of the float bowl for 'rich or lean' Is that the power jet we are talking about. Never seen that before on any of my other Yammies. Thanks
