Anyone know how to properly route the pulse hose that runs between the oil pump and fuel module on a 99 srx? it looks like it is the right length when routing above the steering bar, but just looks wronmg because it stresses the hose strangely at the barb and contacts the steering bar (potential wear). i treid going under the bar but its too short. do i have the right hosegoing to the right place? i checked the shop manual but not much detail on this?
Any chance you could take a pic of your particular hose routing?I have a 98 which is basically the same sled and the "pulse line" comes off the fuel pump under the bracket in front of the pump,through a couple of loops and circles around behind the steering post to the barb in the base.
