My 02 Viper is bogging above 7700 rpm. I can flash it to 8300 but it immediately drops back to 7700. The sled is stock with 5000 miles. The clutches have never been rebuilt. I plan on doing that first. Do you think this will fix my problem? Or do I have another issue. I just cleaned the carbs. I have an M10 and my track is loose. Thanks.

Definitely go through both clutches, you said no rebuild in 5k miles, but hopefully there has been maintenance...check everything in primary and secondary. If the primary hasn't been taken off the tapered shaft in those 5k miles, it might be fun getting it to pop loose. If this is the case, post back or do a search, lots of little tricks for that.
Also check power valves for pull throughs, clean and adjust.
Reeds pedals could also be a culprit.
This is all assuming you cleaned the carbs because of the problem...if the problem showed up after cleaning the carbs, then that's your starting point.

Definitely check your reeds. This sounds really similar to an issue I had a couple years ago. Turns out I was missing half of a reed petal.
