Vail Pass jetting/gearing

Anyone have a good jetting setup for a stock viper engine/clutch?

Ill be riding in vail pass area

Also my sled has 144 track with 8 tooth drives and stock gears, will this be alright for my trip? I also have a 21 tooth top gear I could throw in if that would help.
