2nd time out on my sled this year (shortage of snow) and my sled is really hard starting, needs full throttle and full choke. Once i finally get it running, it is bogging and sputtering when i give it more than half throttle. Does this just sound like a carb cleaning issue? Im a carpenter - not very mechanically inclined. I should mention that it is also a turbo, would this cause any issue? 
Could be Carb, but with a turbo, your best bet is to register on TY fourstroke http://www.ty4stroke.com/ and ask there. Good luck
