Now that i got my shaft in and fixed the breaks dont work, there is plently of pressure at the bar, but it wont pull the pads down, on the left side of the break the disc wore in to the caliper. Its like only one pad was moving and it pushed all the way out and pushed the disc up agains the caliper.
When i went out to take the picture the disk could spin freely. So im going to fuess that i installed the shaft wrong ad i didnt push the disc up onto the shaft far enough. Possible key way that i missed?

seized piston on the calipers.Just replaced mine because of that and changed rotor because it was warped..mine works great now.Thry to get the piston to move, remove it and clean all up good.Should be workable..but if your rotor has been worned 1 side more then the other,,may need to change that also..

Thats what i figured. Ill try putting the key in because i looked at the break diagram and there is a key that im missing. Also i think the other side of my chain case my has crack as well because when i brought my sled back in the garage there was alot of oil on the ground, but there was still quite a bit of lube in the case. Im not sure if when i broke the case off the otherday it cracked the other side.

that rotor key may likely be sitting underneath the motor somewhere.better take out the motor now...lol.. Yeah I would of changed the entire chaincase myself.

I prolly should take it out. Who know what hidden gems I'd find underneath it lol. I could prolly build a whole sled out of what I find under there haha
