I bought a used pair four stroke skis and want to use them to Replace the skis on my 98 XTC. They have a plastic strip between the wear bars and ski bottoms. I have a new pair here that came with some misc parts I bought. What are the purpose of these. Did then come on the four stroke sleds? I can put a picture up tomorrow if needed. They are 1.5 inches by about 14 in long. Can I flip the shock mount on the front of this sled to correct the difference of the 1 in drop?
Those spacers sopund like Bergstromm's "Ski Savers". If so, just leave them on the skis. Actually help with the "bite " of the skis and carbides
