I have a friend who was out last week and ended up glancing off a telephone pole and messing up his SRX pretty bad. It busted up the front suspension and bent the bulkhead and twisted the tunnel.
He is ok, more ego bruising than anything and now he's parting it out. The motor, carbs, and primary are gone already. I'm getting the Ripsaw track and skid (weight transfer rods etc) but what about the secondary?
Will there be any gains to putting a 98 SRX 700 seconday clutch on a 97 SX 600? I don't know if the helix or spring have been swapped out or if its all stock but let's asume for now that its stock.
Thanks

They are exactly the same unless someone changed helix or spring.

Ok, thanks
I'll check to see if anything has been swapped, no sense spending money on something I already have
