so i thought i was the only smart guy to figure out that with a little elbow grease a guy can set some phazer cylinders on a 440 case...

well i did it and its so awesome!!!! i even got the stock fan shrouds to fit (had to use a belt sander to sand some of the air fins down on the top and clutch side) i spent alot of money on this project and i wanna get it tuned in now. i had the cylinders bored .40 over and the heads just cleaned up(no milling). i had the cases bored out so the cylinder skirts could fit correctly. i am running a brand new comet 102a clutch which was weighed for a 440 i need to know what weigts i should try in it and if i should worry about buying a stiffer spring for my primary????????

next question/ situation
my secondary is engaging to soon so its ruining my mid range power. i beleive the spring is way to soft for it i had it apart and inspected it before i reinstalled it on the sled(IT ALL LOOKED GOOD). It is a stock secondary. is there any other type of secondary that would fit or could i maybe put a stiffer spring in it?

i took the sled out today for its breakin ride today motor runs great i got the jetting about perfect. ITS SO FAST FOR A FANNER! but need help the clutching. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
