No acceleration after braking

After I brake when my RPMs are high the engine just kinda rumbles until It get down to an idle and then I can go again just fine. What's going on?

This happened to me when I put a new belt on. I needed to remove the washers on the back of the secondary clutch for the new belt width. It sounds belt related. There are some post about this in the search.

normal if u jam the track the belt get stuck in the secondary
