Okay so we had a 98 srx700 with a cracked fixed sheave. Found a 97 600sx clutch. So we changed all the internals over(both caps were short). Anyway to my question tested sled out and wieghts were getting wedged inside the spider and not allowing the primary to disengage. Due to time being a factor we did not grind for clearnce just switched everything back. Is it possible to take out enough material to make this work?
