hey i have an exiter 570 and when i got it...it was sorta like a puzzle putting everthing together.... i had a bare shell with the motor and electrical in a box.... it has psi pipes and .020 over wiseco prolite pistons... port and polished....running 32:1 deleted oil pump .....ect....well i had it running after searching and reserching the carb setup.....and all mine has is single air filters that clamp on the back of the carbs.... does it need an airbox really? the service manual says it will lean it out and cause problems but i dont know because it has pipes and i am more of dirtbike guy...till i first hopped on it and hit WOT...fastttt....for 3 miles then bwwaaaaaaaaaaammm_--------.......dead..well turns out whoever installed the crank seal on the clutch side put it on backwards and i fried a piston..literally melted it ...but ive fixed it and i just dont wanna take out the motor and rebuild it.... so here it is .....MJ 's -320 PJ 's -142.5 AS are 3/4 turn out ..the needles i think are f6-68 or something close on position-3.. no PJ's or that crud........is this ok for 20-50 degrees f at 2000-4000ft.. with the pipes and bare filters? also is there anywhere to buy headgaskets without draining my wallet???? 20$ a pop ?????what??? ....spendy..ill post pics later
