srx 780 in sudbury

does anyone know this sled on kijiji for sale? if so have you seen it run? this sled is 6 hours from me and was wondering if someone has seen it? heading up next friday morning.. the add says it's 1 of mrvipers built motors..

talked to him on the phone today and said the sled just flies, but time to move on.. he said a local guy from sudbury owned it that is big into the srx's..

Just to let you know that sled has been for sale for a while. I beleive i saw the add early november, and it recently had a big price drop.

I am from sudbury and have not heard of or seen this sled.

well then thats not good.. wonder what's wrong with it, he did say it has 135 psi accross the board.. makes you think..

because of the snow conditions this season ,a lot of people aren't really lookin for sleds now..

it's between this 1 and a 2001 with 800kms.. maybe get the 800kms 1 and put a 780 in it... anyone know what it might cost?

I would just keep it stock and avoid issues with a 780..to many guys have blown them up.

I sold this sled last year! At that time the sled ran very well. I have not seen it since. The engine was built by Don and it had very little mileage when I had it.

Ya he said it had maybe 1000kms on the big bore, i kinda thought it was yours Dan, because the guy told me he bought it from a big srx guy from Sudbury.. now it looks like the add has been removed from kijiji..

It was a steal at the price he was asking? The sled was nice. We had it running pretty good as well. When we first got it Valins 780 would walk away from it like it was anchored. A bit of clutching and they where pretty close.
