How do i resize photos with windows vista, tried lowest setting on my camera, but thats still 1240x860?

i got vista and i just click the picture i want then edit,it opens windows live photo gallery,then select edit again and resize,i pick 150 for avatars,it will save a copy next to the original.or use photobucket

Have to make sure you have the latest version. Try a update. The old version does not have it. I use windows live photo gallery all the time and its easy and works great.

Like me the computer is on the older side, after pushing snow i'll check for updates. thanks super1c
