What Is The Proper Torque For The Head Bolts On A 2002 Viper. Thanks.

I assume you mean the "nuts".
Tighten in two stages. 9.4 ft-lb. then 20 ft-lb.

The bolts that attach the head to the cylinders.

24 on the base nuts and 20 on the head bolts.
