well only repaired one powervalve pull thru, had a stinkin hunch there was another one, so went to check adjustments today, sure enough, center one was pulled thru too.No where to get it repaired today,so bit the bullet and Paid $120 each and bought 2 new ones.First thing i noticed diff was alot more stock on the top from hole to top.Glad to see they beefed them up finally..

They are not beefed up. That is how yours used to look. Vibration against he meta cup eats away at them. Your sled is really low miles though so it wouldn't be that .:)

yamaha didnt beef them up ..i had herd that yamaha had actually updated them some time ago ....there fix was to drill the hole a hair lower to make it have a little more metal .....any way you slice it them new 120 dollar a peice valves are going to pull thru ...

YA*AM*A*HEAD, your prob right, they will pull thru too, but not in my lifetime of owning the sled, lol.surely i can make it thru the rest of the winter on new Valves.
Gee's thanks for being home scott, haha, who said you could take the day off and go sleddin.I called but was no answer at 2:30ish, so had to do next best thing and go to Houlton Power Sports...Yikes $280.90 Tax in for 2, that woulda put a nice dent in that Expert X susp wouldn,t it,lol....
