those would be the first gen heel clickers, you also had to notch the moveable sheave to clear the heel on them. Most likely you can still buy rivets from super torq.
i called them and he said he doesnt carry any rivets and wouldnt waste any time helping me. so anybody have a stash of them anywhere? thanks guys
if the 1/4 bit isnt real sloppy im sure you could get away with well peened oem yamaha rivits if you have trouble finding the h/c ones.

If not then maybe just matching up some nut/bolt. I haven't myself yet but many on here use bolts right from the hardware, just have to watch ur clearance and take a scale with u to weigh them. May b trying that myself soon.

X2
I have the "newer" style heel clickers, I ended up using a 1/4 bolt as I ran out of room and couldnt add any more washers, the 1/4 bolt was heavier then the screw that came with the weights... It will work, you just have to be very careful with the clearance. Im not sure if theres room for a nut thats the only issue I can see you having if you decide to go that route

That's typical of Randy.....not wanting to help someone out that's trying to use one of HIS products. I have ZERO use for that guy and wish his business would go under. Weeew......now I feel better

They were a differnt number maybe 45-7 or somthin like that. There has been a few differnt generations of heel clicker weights. The early ones like you have use the rivets. The next generation used a threaded insert and the bolt went into that. The last gen has the weight itself threaded and hardware goes dirctly inot weight iteslf. They also changed the need to grind the moveable sheave for the shoulder, but it still needs to be checked if you run alot of heel weight or the smaller 14.5 rollers.
if you cant find the rivets, I would just go to hardware store and buy small bolts and nuts, wont hurt anything. just be sure to swing the weight thru its axis paying attention to the inside of the clutch spider clearance. grind bolt heads as needed and make them all weigh the same.
