well checked for the heck of it.This is approx for now.But it looks like I am running about 34:1 ratio.I checked the oil cable and it was set at 19mm.I ran it last year all season like that.So I gather it won't hurt anything,more oil better then less.But I went and adjusted cable to 21mm now.Maybe I will pick up a few more mph tomorrow when I take it for speed runs on the River.I will checked it again more accurate after my runs.This almost could be the last day to run my SRX..warming up after next week and no snow in forcast.Just a stupid winter is all I have to say.Last season I put on over 1300 miles,this season so far onlt 71 miles...

Run by this again... The smaller the gap= more oil. And the larger the gap=less oil?
I think last year I set mine at the largest thinking it would pull more, like a clutch adjustment on a bike. This year im at the minimum gap but smoke alot more.

yes the smaller the gap the more oil it pumps.If we all start on 21mm and check and then go from there all will be close.

well just checked the oil/gas ratio from yesterday's little ride.It is now at 48:1..so happy with that.Gas mileage was 11.36 mpg..mostly heavy on the flipper.If I rode like a normal trail speed..probably would pu on gas mileage..
