Went ice fishing. Decided to bring the sleds. All that fishing gears heavy. 
So while the bite was slow,Buddy and I decided to do some rips around the lake. Next thing ya know my buddy rips across a 20 or so foot section of open water. Then he signalled me to do the same 
. Ended up ripping arcoss it 3 times.(open water had waves) Had a nice panic rev on the last crossing. 
. Notice tach not working, 
. Ended up that cable came off speedo on hood. 
(I could hear it flopping around)

Most Ice I saw on lake was 5 inches! video of crappie (specks)

Added 62 gram weights and almond gold spring (little snow so tested on lake) Last week while ditch banging with low snow condition my bud hit like a f ing tomb stone. Broke/ bent all kinds of stuff. So some leary of it.
Finally getting 4200 ish and 7900 max top rev I saw 90 on speedo

That's a very fine mess of Crappies ya have there!! Heart was going bout a mile a minute over that open water......wasn't it.
