YOU GUYS EVER SEE ANY DIFFERENCES. SO ANOTHER WORDS TAKE A SXr SECONDARY AND PUT IT ON A SRX, IS IT BOLT ON AND GO ? ( just add cam and spring you want to use). 3:16 (YAMMIE TONY)

DON,T WORK ON MY 02 SRX BELT SQUEALS LIKE A STUCK PIG. TRYED PULLING BACK SHIM OUT, CHECKED CENTER/ CENTER, OFFSET, DIFFERENT BELT, DIFFERENT CAM , DIFFERENT HELIX. CAME OFF A 2001 SXr 700. this is so crazy its funny. 3:16 (YAMMIE TONY)

all the same , even the part numbers are same.
maybe the bolts have the tips worn down, seen that before, then it wont open the sheave far enough to loosen up belt deflection.

I have 3 secondary's and they are all the same.I changed my bolts on the back and installed new plates also.But you can just flip the plates over and it is like new again.

YES, PART NUMBERS ARE EXACT. I WILL TRY REPLACING BOLTS. 3:16 (yammie tony)
Arctic cat secondary shims work great. They have some real thin ones available too so you can really get the belt to sit nice.

Go over everything else. Buttons, both bushings, collar, stopper, etc.

Common for the bolt tips to wear down. They don't wear a lot but enough to chirp a new belt.
