MPG 02 ER Viper very pleased

Put 99 miles on yesterday riding 50-60 mph and filled, took 6.46 imperial gal.(29.390 ltrs)still had 15 litres in the tank and 2 bars on the meter, tank holds 44 lt according to specs, 15+ mpg. I have this setup, needles at 4(washers on top) carb stock, green sec spring set at 60-70 wrap, 4.5 rivets in primary with stock spring, apex suspension with 144 studs on stock track. Rpms hit 8700-8800 wot then settle back to 8500-8600 @ shift out. Got all the info for all the mods from the members here, what a wealth of info here for everyone!
 

Yes, thats very decent, my buddy has same sled and his consistantly takes a bit more gas then my 99 SRX, side by side running, remember your speedo is off about 7%, so actual mileage ran was prob 92 miles (29.390 litre divided by 4.54=6.473 Imp Gal)
=14.21 Mpg Imp. Don,t ya hate it when people do that,lol, just messin with ya Viper,heheh....

lol, thx for that, lot of variables not hard to waste a gallon or two but look at the fun we're having!

The 4 strokes are great on fuel, cost me 38.00 and my friends 03 RX1 took 25.00
 
Got out 2 weeks ago and drove 100 miles with my son and a buddy of mine. My Attak and my Vector (which my son was driving) together used the same amount as my buddy's 2001 Venture. He couldn't believe it when we filled up.
The Viper that I used to have was usually within a few bucks of the Apex's that I drove with.

yup all groomed trail that day for me and only a few runs past 70mph usually 40-50.
