well just checked out weather for tomorrow, they are calling for 2 to 4 inch's of snow, now that has been the biggest forcast for snow they displayed since beginning of Dec.And the cold weather comes in after tomorrow..and during the week to weekend drops down up to -20 C.Maybe we will get lucky and have a couple more good weeks of riding.....I wish I hope.... :letitsnow :letitsnow :letitsnow

Good for you guys out there we have had the crappiest weather since we got the last storm 2 weeks ago.We ended up with out 8" or so of snow but 4 days of above freezing temps and a day of rain on Friday took care of most of it :o| .This week is starting out ok for temps but the long range isn't too favorable, flurries or showers Wednesday, wanna bet which we'll end up getting #$%&* ,fine Thursday but rain AGAIN Friday !!!!!! I'm telling ya we just can't buy a snow storm here.If I had the time and more importantly the money I'd schedule a 4 day weekend and head north, apparently there's plenty of the good stuff just a couple of hours away.

well like usual we are still waiting for this snow.It is now 6 C here and temps are supposed to drop. They are now calling for 5 cm this evening,3 cm's over night and 1 cm tomorrow. Why can't these weather people get their act together..was supposed to be rain and freezing rain and then snow.Hope we just get the snow. The ditches are now basically toast to ride..the River is only about 2 km's from me.Went thru both sleds today..re -geared the SXR,re-clutched SRX,greased both sleds, did some skid adjustments and re checked ski toe out.Hey nothin else to do..All fueled up to the top.Even washed them down a bit.NEED one big nasty storm which we haven't seen in about 2 years already. So frustrated here as well with the snow this season..pretty sick. Some people complain about the snow and cold...but because we have been in drought situation since last Summer..the Government is worried about it being so dry. They fear the Forest Fires will be big this Summer and that Farmers won't be able to seed their crops and a big Gov. Payout would have to be paid out.
Even with the lack of good snow here my Septic Field has started to freeze.Had to get the snowblower out a few weeks back and snowblow almost the whole back yard to get snow on top of the Field.Never ever had this issue here in 27 years, now I have.. :o| :o| :o|

Ha ha You need more crap in the tank to warm it up and it will work better. LOL I here it generates heat at least premium crap does.

We have 5 inches of heavy stuff. But on the bare road, fields and railway bed its was knowhere enough to cover and smooth out the surface. My skis and track was making contact with the dirt and stones. I was bare like spring before the heavy snowfall. That was Saturday and Monday its nearly all gone again. I tried it as best I could but did a 6 point turn on the trail and came home its beating the sled too much.

the septic field is way out from the house, only liquids are pumped out it it..The tank is by the house where the solids are collected .So as were having some colder nights and not much snow cover..the cold sunk down deeper.I have a snow fence, but with lack of snow..maybe 1/4 of the field had snow on it.On a normal winter I usually will have 4 to 5 feet pf drifted snow over the whole area...but water is still pumping and sort of coming up the center area..meaning that the pipoes extending outward are frozon up and the gravel below. At least it hasn,t been that cold of late....

I got a sister in Brandon blue, Im gonna have to bring down a vmax-4 so you can feel some old school yammie muscle.
