Who sells/ makes a offset tool for electric start models? Most I see are for Non- electric start. Or would I be farther ahead to just buy the regular tool and pick up a spare decent clutch w/o the starter ring to use to set up the engine alignment. Then I could just switch clutches when I'm done. I imagine the normal clutch alignment tools are much cheaper and more readily available. Thanks Gil
Or you could remove the starter ring on your clutch while performing the alignment.

Ya that would be an idea. I was just thinkin if I could score an old clutch cheap I could just keep it around so I didn't have to take my ring off and on. If I could find just the clutch without the weights or spring cheap I've got an old spring I could use for the cover. I just need the 2 sheeves spider and cover and they could even be damaged as long as the fixed sheeve was flat or square. I was hoping to find a slightly damaged one cheap if anybody has one laying around? Gil
