I have changed my gearing to 19/39 instead of 22/38 stock gearing,
now in some situation that it need some torque the track drive sprocket jumps theet on the track (not in the chain case) even if I tighten the track it still jumping teeth.

my track is properly aligned, my chain is properly adjusted and I tried to overtighting the track, it's better but it still jumps teeth.
the drive shaft theet seams in good condition and the teeth on the track are good too....

what problem you think it is ?

teeth are likely worn on drive sprockets, they get rounded a little bit then dont hang onto the track drive lugs and it slips. When you went to a smaller gear in chaincase, you increase the torq to the drive sprockets.

You need the non slip drivers the plastic is worn on your teeth and will not get any better untill you replace them.

.

Anti ratcheting, or also called extroverts. They have nubs on them to drive through the windows of the track as well as the tracks drive lugs, u need a track with fully open and clipped windows to use them.

give it a shot dude. not going to hurnt anything by trying to reuse the old ones. if it doesnt work buy new ones. Stock or non slip.

where can I find these anti ratchet drivers ? I have some project to put a 2 inch track next year I will probably get a 8 thoot ... if i have to change it I will buy a 8 thoot now and it will be ready for next track

today I have done some research about my track that come with the sled when I bought it... i was sure that it was a ripsaw but where idler are rolling there is some little pads.
my track is a 1.25 ripsaw QUIET for the little pads that supposed to be less noisy... but the little pad space the sprocket for the track theet am I right ? or it do not really change anything ?
did nobody have problem with that track or the little pad don't change anything to the driver contact with the track theet ?
