You have to take the bolt out, then get a clutch puller for a yamaha clutch and run it into the bolt hole until the clutch pops off

Alright, I tried 2 different pullers, one fat one, and a skinnier one, the fat on is too big, and the skinny one bottoms out before it seats to pull the clutch (if that makes sense). So my question is, how many different Yamaha pullers are there, and which puller is right for my sled?

That's what you need, if the puller bottoms out without popping it you can hit the socket with a hammer to get it to pop

I have only two yamaha pullers, one for the old yp 20 mm large threads and one for the ypz and yxr style smaller 18 mm threads.

Just order the right one before you mess your clutch up. Sounds like you have two comit clutch pullets to me. Again get the right one it will come in handy down the road

Pack grease or turn the sled on the aside and put water in the shaft and tighten your smaller clutch puller in there(assuming you have the right puller.) that might make the job easier dont over do it tho just to help get you that additional play. im guessing if you the right puller the clutch might be stuck on there for cariouse reasons.. and it is suposed to 'bottom out' thats is what makes it pull it off.
