can you replace just the spark plug wires themselves

I am working on my machine. I bought new plug caps. These unscrew form the wire. This I know. What I do not know is can you remove the wire from the condensor and replace just the wire or all they permantly connected? Thanks

I would think that the wire screws into the coil just like the wire screws into the cap.

okay. as you can see its just a pin and the wire is held in there tight with some adhesive. I got some off brand ones for $30 each and they work perfect

Thanks. It seems odd that they do not lend themselves to replacement.
