my throttle seems to stick once the sled is warm. wiggling the cable (which has no kinks and operates as normal) doesnt help and actually the cable into the thumb isnt slack. slides in the carbs move freely and dont stick at all, ive cleaned the well.
Only thing ive noticed is my secondary helix is wearing beyond the upshift. theres aluminium shavings. my guess is once it gets warm from all the rubbing the dogs arnt sliding properly up the helix. not sure if this all makes sense.
help??

Sounds like the buttons on your secondary have worn out completely, and now the clutch helix is metal on metal. So, if the secondary clutch won't shift back out it'll seem like it's still on the accelerator until the helix can unbind from sheave, and release the belt!
