Picked up a set of benders a couple of weeks ago , just got new gaskets and jets 50/150s ride at around 1000 ft. Weather is getting warmer (9deg today) and sled is running great , stock other than reeds . Searched through the forums and cant seem to find much on a clutch setup for me , don`t want to waste last bit of winter trying out testing clutch setups. The one i did see used 8-ca weights with no rivets ,o-p-o primary spring , stock secondary spring and helix @ 70deg wrap. Any help would be awesome , tks .

if there is i cant find one , that one i found from a old post 2003 . Everything else is higher elevation ,gearing changed , or aftermarket helixs

I have the bender paperwork for those pipes, send me a pm with your email and I will send the info to you.

I believe these were some of Turk's setups for the Benders, didn't search to verify but had them written down on a scratch sheet of paper:

52.5 pilots
raise needles 1/2
89L weights with a 2.4 gram rivet
14.5 mm rollers
y-s-y primary spring
52/44 helix
green secondary spring at 70 wrap

#2)

Home elevation
52.5 pilots
150 main jets
raise needles 1/2
8cr weights with 4.5 gram rivets in both holes
54/44 helix with green secondary at 70 wrap.

high elevation
62.5 pilots
137.5 main jets
drop needles 1/2 from stock
8cr weights with 3.6 gram inner rivet & .8 gram in tip
green spring with stock 43 helix at 80 wrap
20/40ish gearing

#3)

150 mains straight across
50 pilots
Raise needles 1/2 right across
14.5 mm rollers
89L weights with 2.4 gram rivet
y-s-y primary spring
