I have a 2007 Fan Cooled Venture with only approx 200 miles on it. The belt has recently become very squeeky when the rpm's raise above idle or even if a little pressure is applied to the belt (by hand) while the sled is idling. I have removed the belt, cleaned the clutch with fine sand paper to ensure it is smooth all around, and replaced the belt with a new one but still have the same issue. BTW, the old belt did not show any visible signs of abnormal wear. Has anyone encountered this before of have any advice?

You need to check clutch alighnment and belt deflection.

^X2^ your secondary should have a little side to side play. You can pick up the flat stock style alingment tool for like 20 bucks or put a straight edge on back of clutch's and measure off set with a tape measure. If the motor is slightly crooked gap will be bigger at front or back of clutch and belt will squeal like a stuck pig!
