1997 Vmax SX 700 2ndary drive

For those that have a 97 SX 700, can please tell me if your 2ndary drive has any freeplay? Mine seems to have about a 1/4" free play - you can move the 2ndary back and forth. I've been told that for some sleds that this can be normal. Wondering if this is the case for this particular sled.
