Well.....not as exciting as some other really cool builds here, but i am super pumped about this summer restoration project i will be doing with my son!! This sled has a little "brother" ( 1980 ET250D )that i got running last year, but not very well because the carbs on those 250's suck!!! And didn't take the time to go through the stupid pumper carb again that you can't get parts for this year.....of course started this project way too late this winter, but last night after probably 20+ years of sitting - i got it started after cleaning the carb and replacing all the fuel lines......it purs like a kitten !!!!! NICE !!! I at least wanted to "varify" that it ran ok before I continued - Green light now baby! The 340 was used way more than the 250 ever was....yet the 340 still has the original white Hyfax!!!! I swear the 250 can't have 500 miles on it. (and may be for sale this summer/fall)

Updates!!!!
I had some time off between Christmas & new years and spent all my time on my boy's Enticer ( Grandpa got him a new windshield, kill switch cap and seat cover for christmas!) - that 340 motor sure brings back fond memories I tell YA!!!!
Still waiting to get the seat cover on- maybe this weekend it will be completed.

Nice job.
It brings back a memory from the early 80's my buddy had just got that same exact sled for christmas it was either brand new or close to brand new and he skipped school one day to go riding and when we got off the bus at the bus stop he came flying down the road (showing off) and spiked the brakes and spun it around and barrel rolled it like 5 or 6 times and the sled was a mangled piece of junk.
