Well it is official with record high temps today (81), I have mowed the lawn today. Halfway through March and the lawn is green and looks awesome.

Was 80 here in northern michigan. My grass dont need cut but I spent a good chunk of the day thatching 4 acres! Crazy,,,,,,feels like mid to late june! Oh and trails still open till 04/01/2012!

It was pretty hot here today also..80's plus. I started to dethatch the lawn also and then a wicked thunder storm, thunder and lightening that I have never seen in March ever.Should still be snow on the ground normally.Gonna be a strange year I think for the weather.I am 2 months at least ahead from
normal working on the lawn..this is sick as I don't want to be cutting grass for 7 friggin months..Winter is easier with a little snowblowing.2012 is sure turning out to be a strange year,a lot of strange things can happen and probably will. The Earth is starting to change that is for sure..now for the good or worse..we shall see.

Still got at least four feet of snow in the yard, and their still saying we could get a little more. We have had over 130" this year and we are just a couple inches from our record snowfall for the year.

have to tell u all we have 10 inches of new snow and still snowing maybe make a foot of snow buy morning at -10 the most snow we have had all winter

First year I can remember having the boat out in March. Went out Sunday for a shake down and spent an hour or so searching in the shallows for pike/musky. Hooked a 40lb. carp, a few channel cats and 2 largemouths. They're slamming the 'eyes in the rivers north and south of LSC.

Going for perch/bluegill tonight without drilling holes... crazy!

We have been having thunderstorms on and off for about 2 weeks. All that rain and lighteninghave giving the plants a jump. My wife's tulips are about 6 - 8" already. Onto the fishing I was out all last week for walleye, hit limit 4 days. When I went to da u.p. in Februarythere were boats on the Sag no shanty but about 50 boats!

Yup no problem with not having snow up here in fair banks. Same goes for the warm weather. Its 0*F right now. Haha benn an awesome year for snow in AK

Well most of the snow is is gone here, but the lake still has a couple feet of Ice so I'll be out there today finishing up my winter fishing season and some WFO runs yippie, will post some speeds as I have a GPS for max speeds later on tonight
