Picked up this sled on the weekend. Has 4100km on it. Comes with PI centre dump pipes, reed spacers, tempaflow, slp skis, bender quick rods, 9833 1" track, set up ready to go. Need a mid height windshiel and the black pod frame on the hood, get this, a tree fell on the sled!!!!! Also small crack on the same side as the hood fell on. Anyone who has these parts would be nice.

Anything else I can do to improve performance, stock with 1 head gasket removed. Pipes run around 8150rpm great for the trail, could port but not ready to take apart.
 
Small gauges or big? I have windy and dash pod for small gauges what are you looking to spend?
 
small gauges, don't want a low stock windshield, looking for a yamaha blacked out mid height shield. I would have them shipped to Bottineau N.D. and pick them up vs sending to Canada. What would shipping be, no rush for the parts.
