A question regarding 38 mm mic's and the jet needle. First off, for the Mach Z they used either a O-2 or O-4 for the needle jet with the O-4 being approx. 5% richer than the 0-2... that's fine. Now the needle jets they used are 8ABY-01 / 8ADY-1 / and 8AGY-1. I looked through all the info I have, and searched as well, could someone tell me which needle is lean and which would be rich comparing the 3? I need to start shopping for my summer build. Any help greatly appreciated.

Not entirely sure what combo ur dealing with there. Those 8 series needles appear to only be used on their HSR series of carbs. Totally different animal than the carbs u are using. 
I would suggest that u look up a mikuni taper chart online. There are many different tapers and dimensions possible for those needles.
