In our club we have an end of the year potluck/get together, drink beer, play cards etc. We only get together 1 time a month from october to march though. We also have a club trip where we rent a cabin and get 20 people max to sign up ($100 nonrefundable deposit unless trip fills and more want in) then we all go on a week long snowmobile trip. We also do a big weekend get together mid summer at a campground where we have like a pig roast/potluck or steaks/etc. Last May we also got together and did some water skipping with the sleds along with potluck/snacks/grilling/etc.
We also host a snowmobile poker run going from bar to bar to draw a card at each with the winner getting like $500 and payouts down to 6th along with door prizes, etc.
We also have the trail signing where we get a bunch of people together, 4 wheelers, etc. and just go out and have a good time while we sign the trail. We also get together and help work on each other's snowmobiles if needed. Basically just lots of get togethers and have fun with friends while getting stuff done.
The big one though is in fact that club trip. It's open to club members only unless it doesn't fill up then we will open it up to other people. It really cuts down the cost of going since we cook all meals at the cabin, also cuts down on fuel cost when you get just 4 place trailers, or when the one crew brings 2 6 door pickups that haul 6 people each. That lets us have 1 less vehicle since 1 6 door would have a sled deck with 2 and then 5 more sleds in a trailer behind it. And then the other 6 door with 5 more sleds in the trailer. 12 sleds and people in just 2 rigs. It ends up being quite resonable to go compared to 4 or 5 people and then renting a motel/hotel.

When I was a kid, my dad was the Chairman of our club.
We did all the normal activities a club would do like club rides, kids day at the sledding hill, summer camp-outs, trail signing. He started a charity ride that grew and grew each year. We would rent the ballroom at the local hotel as the kick-off and end-point for the charity ride and the get the local dealers, after markert companies and the factories to come out to a convension room in the local hotel and display their stuff. We would have reps from the charity and their info both there, the local news etc. We usually road 200 miles with people and companies donating per mile. This club activity got more people from the club involved than any other ativity and it helped out those that needed it.
