7.5 wheels

i put some 7.5 inch rear wheels on my srx last weekend. im wondering if i need to cut the spacer down on each side of the axle or just the one on the nut side?

I had to cut down a little from each ..main thing is that the wheels are centered properly.Took me a while to get it just right.
