I got a set of mmp extensions for my srx and they have what looks like a spot for the stock axle adjuster and in front of the axle slot it has some holes to mount polaris or cat style adjusters. Does anyone know if polaris and cat adjusters are the same or what one works on mmp extensions? thanks

ac and poo are close on the mounts, poo typically were riveted where the ac's were bolted. close to interchanging on that part attached to the rails, if you had the associated parts.
difference will lie with the adjuster portion attached to the axle next to the rails. alot easier way to adjust for the most part in comparison to the yamaha setup. oem parts are cheap for the cats, havent replaced any poo ones for awhile so not up on pricing for those. i would suggest you consider switching mounts for the convenience.
seems like mmp went out of business a few years back?

I ordered some adjuster blocks for a 03 sno pro but I will also need the part on the rear axle that the bolt.acually pushes on as well ?

yes. its a plastic spacer basically that attaches to the axle and receives the adjuster bolt. they are cheap enough, but they can vary from model to model. if you like the new setup, i would reccomend upgrading to billet ones from the aftermarkets.
the portion that attaches to the rail i believe are the same from model to model so your good there. also note that the ac bolts are all sae and easily found at the hardware store.
another issue you may run into(i did on my skid swap)is the axle diameters are different between the ac and the yamaha, yamaha being slightly narrower. i used all the ac parts. there is a chance the adjusters may be slightly loose if you run your yamaha axle. not enough to worry about in my opinion, just something to be aware of and keep everything tight.

u get the adjusters? the holes may need to be opened up a little to match your extensions.
