pay attention to the arrow and suck, seems to work better that way. never had any luck blowing through them. that may have sounded akward, but you get the idea.

The arrow part, i figured that out but didn't realize it took so much pressure I thought it may have been blocked. So I did what you said and sucked and it worked. ;)!
Now I was going to put all new hoses on but man they are way to expensive what is everyone using and where can i get it?

theyre not as bad as it seems. it comes longer than you need for each piece. when I first bought some a couple winters ago I bought 1 for each place it was listed on the fiche and I ended up with enough to do 3 sleds.

cant recall if the fuel and oil lines were the same size, but if so, i was buying a long piece pretty affordable (under $10 and over six feet)oem yamaha line, the good stuff in my opinion. pt #91A20-05145-00.

Thats what i was doing and it added up to more than 30.00 with shipping!!!! Thats a lot for just a hose.

So if I order that part # they will send out 6ft of hose? I can't seem to find a length with that # just says TUBE, FLEXIBLE.
I had this motor with crank rebuilt back in march and im finally just getting to put it all together and running into these little add ons that for some reason i need new...lol

i would estimate it at 6' in length. i found the part number years back as it was used on the vk540's for the tank vent or something.

i would suggest you compare the fuel line fit with the oil line to be sure prior to ordering. pretty sure its compatable with the supply lines, but seems like the case feeders are a bit smaller.

Unfortunately they are different.

I have new oil lines sitting on my desk at home. I did my fuel lines but never got around to doing the oil lines. I ordered factory stuff but it don't look the same as whats on there. A lot of our SRX parts are not available anymore. They will send you Viper parts instead. 2 of my 3 fuel lines I got on my last order where half the size the shoulda been. I had to send them back and order the long fuel line and cut in half. Damn good quality fuel line tho. Everything else I tried turned to jello once gas touched it.
