What if anything are you guys using to fill in all the holes left in the tunnel after you remove the guards. I was thinking just a nice dab of silicone. Just thinking of preventing water from getting to seat and into engine bay best i can. Didnt know if anyone came up with anything better.

I used silicone on my tunnel. I never looked over the season as my tunnel was always wet/had snow on it but my seat is dry and the engine bay is dry.

window tape. not as messy as silicone, lighter than bondo or hardware. its about the equivalent of the barabond used on race cars.

Seems like the same size rivet that held the guard should fill the hole nicely.

I think the rivet like Devil said is the best idea. You know that won't come out. Besides you've got that fancy rivet gun, lol!!
Depends
Under the tank and seat duct tape works fine....just clean the runnel well before you install it....and heating it up with a heat gun when you apply it will guarantee a good stick. Up front toward the engine bay plugging holes should be done with a rivet as said before. I talke it you removed tunnel protection??? If so, duct tape on the tunnel and rivets up front for sure.

Try some clear automotive tape to fill the holes. I've used it on two tunnels to fill holes and on top of rivets so it wouldn't rub the gas tank. It works great. Might but worth a try on your sled.
