the gear in question is the center gear. gear on left is a known 13w 42t hyvo, center gear is 13w 40t ?, gear on right is a known 15w 40t non hyvo. I'm thinking the center gear is a non-hyvo looking at the teeth but would like some confirmation.
13w 42t hyvo
13w 40t ?
15w 40t non-hyvo

the pics in this post show the differance, the gear on the left is the hyvo gear, note is has a rounded tip and the valley of the gear is also more rounded.
The other 2 gears in the pic , center and right one are std silent chain, they have a pointed tip and more of a "V" in the valley of the gear.
