Sorry its not a yamaha but the newer style yamaha carts are hard to come by and very expensive, the older yamaha carts are hard to get parts for around here. This was a just for fun project for my wife and her little dogs. I ended up finding a gas club car precedent for a great price. The wife did actually as this is her cart. This is for a house were looking at up north, just waiting for a few things to come through. It was fresh off a country club and bone stock when i got it. Cleaned it all up real nice, chased a few baby mice out while i was at it. Did all the maintenence like new oil, gear oil, filters all the way around. It has a 11hp 4 stroke kawi engine. I did the governor mod and this thing flies. Havent GPS'd it yet. Also added the rear flip down seat, diamond plate rockers, light kit, 6" jakes spindle lift with 22" sahara atv tires on 10" storm trooper rims. Just installed the 250W shark motorcyle stereo system in it last night with sub and this thing rocks. Not a bad little system. Its basically a amp and waterproof speakers. This cart thing is a lot bigger then i ever knew, i was very suprised. Future things will be a yamaha blue paint job and decals. It might not be a yamaha but ill sure make it look like one. I was going to go with a blue viper theme. LOL! I may look for a newer yamaha cart as a fix-er-uper now that i know what im doing, and customize it all up. The mod bug is just as bad with carts as sleds LOL! What do you guys think?

NICE!! but you have to ditch that 11 HP motor for a little 700 triple for sure.Got to have that cart do wheelies for sure.after you add the wheelie bars of course...lol

That looks like a blast Chris! Don't get me thinkin or better yet don't get my wife thinkin, lol!! I need about another half dozen projects before its a race between goin crazy or goin broke!! LOL

Thats awesome!!

A cargo net around the lower back would make for a nice underseat storage area ;)!

That a great idea. Wasnt sure what to do with that back there. I have the sub in there for now as the wife didnt want it in the basket behind the seat (thats where the dogs go) LOL. But a net would alow for some nice storage.
