sxr600 over reving?

hello, i recently got my sxr600 clutched for grass drags and decided to change out the primary spring for higher engagement and relized the spring was way too stiff so i put the old spring back in it and now my sleds over revs. The only thing i had off was the primary clutch cover. i have played with diferent belts and adjusted the secondary but cannot get it to stop over reving. Does anyone know why it would just randomly start over reving?
 
What are u running all stock parts and what do u have to work with?
 
Knowing what springs/weight is crucial when asking questions like this as well as belt mileage and kind. Stocker springs have paint dots for identity and after markets are some times a solid color. I picked up a 97 vmax on the cheap due to over revving and he couldnt figure it out. Popped the primary off. Found to be over all cruddy with stuck rollers. Cleaned freed up rollers and worked great.
 
BACK YOUR SECONDARY TWIST OFF. THAT DON,T HELP, NEED TO ADD MORE TIP WEIGHT TO YOUR WEIGHTS. those two springs your useing have different shift rate. 3:16 (yammie tony)

well i think i worded my question wrong. i had the sled running perfect rpm's when i left the track and so i tried to make it better then perfect and relized that wasnt going to happen so i put the clutching back to where it was at the track so in theory it should run the same as it did at the track but it dosnt. i will clean up the rollers tomarow and see if that helps some. The clutch is pretty dirty after all. The only thing that makes sence is that the clutch is either worn out or dirty and dissassembling it loosened or moved something around just enough to mess it up. i adjusted the secondary too just for kicks to see if it would lower the rpms i went from 6-1 down to 3-1 and it still over reved. primary must be sticking.
